June 30th, 2013 — Events, Photos
EBB will again be leading the Children’s parade on Saturday about 6:30 pm. Yes, we will! (Sorry for contrary reports earlier). EBB enjoyed playing at the Green River Festival in 2011 and 2012, leading the Children’s Parade. Get your tickets early; go for the whole day (or both days). Lots of great performers. We’ll be there!

September 7th, 2011 — Events, 9/10/2011, Open Square Farmers Market
The Fall Harvest Festival on Saturday, September 10th, at the Open Square Farmers’ Market will include horse-drawn carriage rides, hot food, artists, music, Zumba demonstrations, and the Expandable Brass Band. The market runs 9am–1pm; we’ll be playing 12–1pm. Come!
The market is at 4 Open Square Way in Holyoke. Open Square Way runs along the first level canal from Dwight St. to Lyman St (entrance across from the Wherehouse). The Farmers Market is in the parking lot of Mill 1, close to Lyman St.

The Market opens at 8:30 am. The Benefit Concert for Tornado Relief starts at 10 am. We’ll play a 45-minute set on Sunday, June 26, starting at 12:30pm or 1. (There are three bands before us and four after us, so make it a day!)

For Love of Stories: A Family Story Valentine 
at the Children’s Museum at Holyoke, 444 Dwight St (Heritage State Park), Holyoke, MA. Saturday Feb 12, 2011, 5:00-8:00 pm. $10/person. Fundraiser benefitting the Friends of the Holyoke Public Library and the Children’s Museum at Holyoke.
The Expandable Brass Band will be the final act of the event, playing 7:30- 8pm. Come earlier to catch the rest of the action:
Shuffles the Clown; Pet an instrument and hear its story told by members of Holyoke Civic Symphony; Story time with master story teller Tom McCabe; Songs and singing games with Roger Tincknell; Story time with Mr. Tim and friends; Face painting; Write and illustrate your story, act out a story, add a story to the story wall.
